PROGRAM COORDINATOR: Responsible for the smooth administration
of a well-managed encampment.
HEALTH & SAFETY OFFICER: Responsible for the health and physical well-

BUSINESS MANAGER: In-charge of budgeting the fund for the
encampment
QUARTER MASTER: Responsible for menu planning, kitchen and food
services management.
