Warm greetings from the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Visayas
Geographical Area Office (VGAO) and Eastern Visayas Region (EVR).

The PICPA VGAO and EVR will be holding its 2024 Regional Conference at Marco Polo Plaza
Hotel, Cebu City on February 23-24, 2024 with the theme “ABOVE & BEYOND”.

Various technical sessions have been lined-up for this two-day Continuing Professional
Development (CPD) event which is expected to be participated by 300 CPAs from all over the
areas of Visayas and Mindanao. Our Keynote Speaker is the School President of Saint Paul
School of Professional Studies and Immediate Past National President of PICPA, Dr. Erwin
Vincent G. Alcala and we are also happy that Regulators from the Board of Accountancy
(BOA), Commission on Audit (COA), and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) have
confirmed their attendance to the Conference to give regulatory updates affecting the
Accountancy profession.

The registration fee of the conference is P5,500.00 if paid on or before January 31, 2024 and
P6,500.00 if paid from February 1 to 20, 2024. Participants will earn 16 CPD units. These CPD
units can help CPAs with the requirement to renew the PRC Licenses and/or renewal of BOA
Accreditation.

In this connection, we would like to invite you to attend the 2024 PICPA VGAO-EVR
