Terms and Conditions of Happy New You Campaign 2023 (hereinafter “HNY”)

 Happy New You Campaign 2023 (hereinafter “HNY”) is run by Lakmé Lever Private Limited (“LLPL”) for
its company owned and its participating franchisee Lakme Salons.
 This Scheme is applicable only within the territory of India, except in the state of Tamil Nadu and/or
any other state/union territory, where the Contest is prohibited by the applicable laws of Tamil Nadu
and/or such other state/union territories, respectively.
 Any Indian Resident of 18 years of age or above can participate in this campaign by spinning the
wheel appearing at the link specified in promotional posts of the HNY on Lakme Salon social media
handles and other sponsored places.
 This Campaign can be played only once against a registered mobile number.
 A participant can avail the following benefits by Spinning the Wheel -:

 A participant would be required to provide her/his name, mobile number, email id, city & state to be
able to participate and avail the benefits, if any.
 This Spin The Wheel Campaign will be valid from 1st December 2023 till 31st January 2024
 Discount Code earned on spinning the Wheel will be immediately sent to Customer vide SMS on their
registered mobile number.
 Campaign is not applicable on any other services other than mentioned in the above benefits table.
 Campaign is valid only on minimum spend of Rs.1,000/- & above and the maximum bill amount which
can be redeemed through the points earned shall not be more than 50%.
 The Free benefits received via SMS in form of Voucher Codes can be utilised and billed in the same
invoice with minimum spend of Rs.1000/- & above.
 Campaign cannot be clubbed with any other Campaigns running in the Lakme Salons.
 Each Unique Voucher Code can be redeemed only once.
 The Unique Voucher Codes coupons are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
 Free services need to be utilised within the mentioned redemption period only post that Voucher
Codes will expire. No extension will be provided for redemption beyond the defined period.
 LLPL reserves the rights to vary, postpone or re-schedule the terms and conditions of HNY Campaign
or withdraw this Campaign, any time, at its sole discretion.
 A participant availing the HNY may opt for not receiving promotional messages of Lakme Salon by

care.LLPL@unilever.com/ Toll Free: 18001231952 in case of any query, grievance/complaint /
feedback.
 In case of any dispute, differences and disagreements decisions taken by LLPL shall be final and
binding without any demur or protest.
  All disputes with respect to this Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in
Mumbai.
 The General terms and conditions which apply to any customer availing services at Lakme Salons as
available at the link www.lakmesalon.in would apply mutatis mutandis.
 All Personal Information/Sensitive personal data or information provided by the customer while
booking appointments, consultation procedures or filling consent forms is out of the customer’s free
consent to enable the Company to carry out the services.
 Further Lakme Lever Private Limited (LLPL) or its parent company shall keep the Personal Information
/Sensitive personal data or information provided by the customer confidential and may store the
same for future reference and use and for providing and recommending any other products and / or
services or marketing purposes of Unilever brands / products / services. Please refer to our privacy
