OBJECTIVES: Intermediate Cause: Misconception about fluid intake Root Cause: Insufficient knowledge about proper fluid intake 1.After 10 minutes of discussion about proper fluid intake, the client will able to identify the right amount of fluid intake within 2 minutes Providing the client knowledge about proper fluid intake will encourage him to increase his fluid intake. 2. After 5 minutes of discussion about the factors affecting fluid intake, the client will be able to state at least 3 out of 4 factors within 3 minutes.
