After someone dies he is deceased(dead). Family and friends mourn the
death of the departed one. The body is taken to a mortuary of funeral
home where a mortician prepares it for the funeral service. Mourners,
wearing black, come to the mortuary to view the body in its casket.
Services are held there or in a church and then the body is carried by the
pall bearers to the hearse for transportation to the cemetery where it is
buried in a grave with a tombstone over it. Some people prefer to be
burned, so they have their bodies cremated after death. Their ashes are
