Gross Examination : Received one labelled bottle containing cut open gall bladder measuring
6.5 x 2.0 x 1.0 cm cut section wall thickened multiple stones. P/E 1 Blocks.
Microscopic Examination : Section studied shows structure of gall bladder with benign
epithelium and chronic inflammation consisting of lymphocytes plasma cells , eosinophils
involving the lamina propria ,muscularis and extending up to the serosa.
Conclusion : Chronic cholecystitis with cholelithiasis.

Remarks : Correlate clinically.
