AGREEMENT HIRING OF “PART TIME COACHES PTCs” OUT OF NSB FUND

THROUGH SCHOOL COUNCILS

In pursuant of Notification No SO (SNE) PMIU/2010 (P) dated

13.08.2015 School Education Department Government of the Punjab Lahore and
approval of the School Council in its meeting dated ________/2023 in consonance with term
of School Policy (amended), Mr. /Mrs. _________________S/O D/O ______________ R/O
village/ _____________UC _______ PO ________________ & Cell # ________________
qualified as ___________________________ has been hired as PART TIME COACHE
(PTC) OUT OF NSB FUND for the period of _________ 2023 to __________/2023 with
monthly package of Rs. _________/-

Terms & Conditions of the Agreement

Agreement will be subject to :-

1. Provision of Quality Education to the students

2. Assurance of 100% attendance
3. Assurance of Increase in enrollment
4. Assurance of 100% retention
5. Admission of 100% OSCs in surrounding of school
6. Assessment of performance through results of tests
7. Survey of children 01 day to 16 years of same village and identification of OSCs
8. Specific target of enrollment ___________ and Enrollment/Retention (Year 2023)
✓ Agreement will be automatically terminated, if you failed to achieve
above mentioned targets
✓ Agreement will be extendable only on need based/performance based
✓ Agreement will be time specific excluding of summer/winter vocations
✓ PTCs have no right to claim any other financial benefits without fixed
monthly package
✓ Agreement is purely temporary and can be terminated without assigning
any reasons.
✓ All the direction of the Government will be followed strictly as & when
received in this regard
