2022
National HRD Network (NHRDN) believes in recognising and promoting excellence in
people practices. We are pleased to present our 3rd NHRDN People First ACE Awards 2022.
The Awards shall recognize and reward emerging best practices in the human capital
space.

Award Categories
Based on NHRDN HRSCAPE – globally recognised HR Competency Assessment and
Development Framework, the Awards aims to identify the next wave of practices evolved
and implemented by Organisations which are HR pacesetters in the following categories:

Eligibility Criteria
The Awards are open for participation.
Any Multinational (MNC), Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), Private, Start-ups and Civil
Society Organisation (CSO) organisations having business in India can apply for these awards.

Application Process
• These are Virtual Awards
• The format of application - Each HR Practice to be submitted in maximum 1000 words
(excluding annexures) by articulating
• Innovation
• Impact on people and business outcomes

There is a nominal participation fee for the awards, as detailed below:

Evaluation Process
The NHRDN ACE AWARDS Winners shall identified by using online evaluation process that
shall assess the participants on a comprehensive set of criteria such as:

1. Originality of the idea/s


2. Contribution to people and business outcomes
3. Sustainability and scalability of the initiative.

All the above to be supported by objective assessment and impact recorded by organisations
including Employee Engagement scorecard, impact on attrition rate etc.
The HR practices will be evaluated at the National level.
The applicants will be judged by Senior HR Practitioners. The Awards stand to provide a high-
visibility platform to the organisation and give them the opportunity to interact with the who’s
who of the HR fraternity as well as a chance to become HR pacesetters!

Note: For detailed Evaluation Criteria, please refer to Annexure 1 of this document. The
decision of the Jury will be final and binding.
