exalted and some are very little.

40feet poles 40feet poles are needed, for the dual line and
cross over.

Tree obstruction There are trees which are obstructing the transfer
of lines across the road.

Demolition Waiting demolition on some area, some the

contractor is currently constructing fence, equally
waiting the ministry.

Qualitative evaluation: experiences and outcomes

During the inspection it was observer majority of the span were over span, with a distance of 70
meter in must case. It was agree to reduce the spans to 45 or 50 meter interval, during the
execution we had to use 45meter in must case to avoid over span of the LT line, which were
directly attached HT poles. Meanwhile in few cases we use less than 45 meters because of the T-
OFFs and likewise LT poles were erect in between the HT poles, to be able to connect the service
line as they were.
The project spans Igando Bus-stop and Akesan Bus-stop, with a covering distance of around two
(2) kilometers. In which we are excepted 2meters away from the drainage, apart from few areas
were there layby and other special activities.
To achieve the completion of the project within the speculated, we did divide project into five
sections, as expected to be carryout, base on the; feeder affected, distance cover, they closeness.
The division a as follow:
- From Akesan Bus-stop to Issuti last bus-stop; distance of 800 meters, only one feeder
(Obadora Feeder) is affected to both sides. Three (3) actual working days was schedule for
it. STATU: - COMPLITED
- LETF Side Issuti last Bus-stop to Igando; covered around 750 meters, only one feeder
(Agric Feeder) affected, two (2) actual working days was schedule it. STATU: -
INPROGRESS
- RIGHT Side Issuti last Bus-stop to Igando; covered around 850 meters, TWO feeders
(Obadora and Issuti Feeders) affected, over here are dual lines that will be transfer, three
(3) actual working days was schedule it. STATU: - YET TO COMMENCE
- INJUCTION STATION; four feeders affected; one (1) actual working day was schedule it.
STATU: - YET TO COMMENCE
- Akesan Bus-stop and Igando Bus-stop; this was schedule to be done separate and last
because of the 33kva feeder that spans through both areas. The 33kva will be relocate
alongside the other facilities on 2 other 11kva feeders, with in aday.
