Subject: Demand for Payment of Loan

Dear Yor Santos,

This letter serves as a formal demand for the payment of the outstanding loan you owe
Ms. Anya Ferrer in the amount of PhP50,000. As you recall, you borrowed this sum on
January 20, 2023, and agreed in writing to repay the full amount by December 1, 2023.

Despite the agreed-upon deadline, Ms. Ferrer have not yet received any payment from
you. She also tried reaching you on your phone number and through email but have
received no response.

Therefore, my client is formally demanding full payment of the outstanding loan,

amounting to PhP50,000, by December 31, 2023. This deadline allows you a
reasonable extension to fulfill your obligation. If full payment is not received, we will be
forced to take legal action to recover debt.

I would prefer to resolve this matter amicably and avoid the necessity of legal action.
