A salesman and sales supervisor can create a complaint ticket to IT Care.
Business Benefit
Direct communication within one environment.
Maximize the facilities provided to the salesman and sales supervisors.
Familiarize salesman with emails from the company.
Detail Request
The email used must use a domain (@tso.astra.co.id).
When creating a ticket in the SAM application, it will be sent via to email TSO.
Only create a ticket, if the ticket has been made, it will be saved as a message sent in the tso email.
Ticket details are : Ticket title, ticket contents, and attachments.
When the ticket is replied to by IT care, it will be sent to the TSO email which can be viewed via email (application) instead of in the SAM
application.
Users can create tickets IT-Care: Salesman & Sales Supervisor.
Decision to be
Create a ticket in the menu (others menu) in SAM 2.
When the password has expired, the user must change the password on astranet and revive the IT-Care ticket feature.
Validation of email and password.
Ticket number length 13 digits.
Attachment only image (.jpg ; .png ; or pdf), and maximum size 3 MB.
