Who we are
ESTABLISHED IN 2008, NATURAL VANILLA IS A FAMILY-OWNED
AND OPERATED AUSTRALIAN CREATOR OF PREMIUM QUALITY
VANILLA PRODUCTS
Our outstanding range of vanilla extracts, pastes,
ground vanilla, vanilla caviar and pods are created
at our purpose-built facility located in the port city
region of Fremantle, in Perth, Western Australia and
exported throughout the world.
Amidst a food industry filled with artificial colours,
‘natural’ flavour enhancers, preservatives, fillers,
allergens, chemical compounds and sweeteners, our
founders were fuelled with the desire to develop a
line of premium natural vanilla products created
purely from fresh vanilla pods – the way nature
intended.
At Natural Vanilla, we support Fairtrade initiatives
and follow principles and practices prescribed by
the Fairtrade organisation. We choose to source
vanilla pods grown on small family run plantations,
cultivated by hand by farmers in developing
countries who use sustainable farming practices.
Having spent more than 10 years perfecting our
craft, during which time we undertook extensive
product research and development designing our
own in-house techniques and creating proprietary
blends, we can ensure our natural vanilla products
have a rich, complex and delectable flavour profile.

premium quality vanilla products from
ethically sourced and organically grown
fresh vanilla beans.
Our products contain only natural
ingredients and are free from synthetic
additives and artificial flavours.
Our focus is creating high calibre vanilla
products with an emphasis on all natural
ingredients and intense vanilla flavours.
Natural Vanilla Store hold Halal and
Kosher certification and is a unique
producer having both gourmet and
bulk selections that we supply direct to
consumers and also wholesale foodservice
customers.
Our allergen free production facility maintains
an accredited food safety program which is
certified to international food safety standards
ensuring the premium quality of our all natural
preservative and chemical free vanilla products.
Natural Vanilla has established ourselves as a
premium producer of high quality vanilla
products over a 15 year period of intensive
research and development.
We are very proud of the premium range of
vanilla products that we have created using only
all natural gourmet quality ingredients.

 Natural Vanilla Store was established as a bulk vanilla
supplier and specialist vanilla product manufacturer
and international distributor after our founders spent

Our History
several years living in Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia,
as expatriates between 2003 to 2009.

While in Indonesia they were heavily involved in

agricultural trade and regularly attended agricultural
auctions in the heart of Java, Sumatra and Sulawesi.

As Indonesia is the world’s second largest producer of

vanilla this is where our founders were introduced to
some of the main vanilla cultivators in the region.

In the later part of 2009 our founders returned home to

Australia where they established a warehouse and
manufacturing facility that specialises in the production
of high quality vanilla products.

As time progressed Natural Vanilla Store expanded our

supply chain to also include vanilla pods sourced from
Papua New Guinea and Madagascar and also worked
hard to perfect our range of premium quality vanilla
products.

Since 2016 Natural Vanilla Store has focused on actively

supporting Papua New Guinea origin vanilla pods as the
preferred producing region which has assisted the
nation to overtake Indonesia as the world’s second

largest vanilla producing country.

TRADITIONAL STYLE
A fragrant vanilla extract created from infused single origin
vanilla pods traditionally made using a low alcohol and low sugar
methodology with abundant flavour perfect for permeating
intense vanilla notes in both sweet and savoury dishes

ALCOHOL-FREE STYLE
A premium quality vanilla extract created from infused single
origin vanilla pods using an alcohol-free technique that is ideal
for permeating intense vanilla flavours in baked goods,
desserts and beverages.

TRADITIONAL STYLE
A premium vanilla paste created from single origin pressed vanilla
pods traditionally made using a low alcohol and low sugar
methodology with intense vanilla flavour and abundant vanilla
seeds dispersed throughout.

ALCOHOL-FREE STYLE
An intense flavoured vanilla paste created from single origin
pressed vanilla pods that uses an alcohol-free technique to
produce a premium vanilla paste with an aesthetic appearance
of abundant vanilla seeds.

Our main products
GRANULAR PRODUCTS

GROUND VANILLA POWDER RANGE

Ground vanilla created from milling dried vanilla pods into a fine
powder. Use Grade A for intense vanilla flavour, Blend for a
sweeter flavour and Grade B for subtle vanilla flavour in dry
baking mixers, baked goods, beverages and cereals.

VANILLA CAVIAR SEED RANGE

Glossy black vanilla caviar seeds released from vanilla pods
through vanilla extract production. Dried seeds are ideal in ice
cream and light colour desserts while vanilla caviar paste made
from a blend of vanilla seeds and alcohol-free extract is well
suited for raw treats.

commitment to maintaining our quality of products, expedited delivery
systems and our responsive customer service.

Our success has been built on retaining customers and focusing on

gaining repeat business through upholding good levels of customer
satisfaction for our pricing, products and services.

Our customers now encompass almost 100 brewery and distilleries

business along with numerous ice cream manufactures, bakeries and
foodservice companies located across various different countries.

Our customers also include major supermarkets and independent retail

outlets that have recently come on board since the launch of our retail
product range.

Quality Assurance
Natural Vanilla maintains an internationally recognised Food Safety Program certified to Codex
Alimentarius and undertakes a third party audit each year to maintain this certification.

Our Food Safety methodology incorporates the implementation of General Principles of Hygiene,
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) System.

All business activities undertaken by Natural Vanilla are completed in accordance with these
international food safety standards to minimise the likelihood of there being issues with our
products.

Many food products containing our premium quality vanilla are manufactured and consumed
across the world requiring our Food Safety Program, Product Specifications and Microbiology
testing to be maintained to international standards.
