The line graph indicates how chicken, beef, lamb, and fish are
consumed in a nation of Europe from 1979 to 2004. As can be seen, the
consumption of beef, lamb, and fish saw a decline whilst that of
chicken was rise.

Initially, the number of beef consumed per week stood out with the
highest data (more than 200 grams per person). The figure for that
experienced a fall then grew up again in 1984. In the next 20 years,
the figure continuously increased and decreased then peaked at nearly
110 grams per person at the end of the period. In the same vein, the
consumption of lamb per week was significantly high (at 150 grams per
person). Over the period, the trend tended to see a drop. The figure
accounted for 60 grams per person in 2004. In terms of fish, the
number of fish consumed underwent a slight decrease. The initial
figure was at more than 50 grams per person and in 2004, the data was
more than 10 grams lower than that in the beginning.

Regarding to chicken, the number for this note a substantial boost. The
figure for chicken in 1979 was approximately 5 grams lower than that
for lamb (at 145 grams). The figure grew up and reached at 250 grams
in 2004
