As a manufacturer we will use wholesaler or retailer for the distribution of our products, and
indirect channels involves intermediaries such as sales agent and dealers. Our target market for single
burner of alcohol stove are mostly the students of the University of Eastern Philippines (UEP), in that case
we will hire students as sales agent to promote our products to their fellow students and we will have
collaboration with the businesses within UEP just to endorse our products. Furthermore, we will cooperate to
the businesses within Catarman area to promote our product such as Gaisano Grand Mall, 578, John John
and HXR. Length of channel may depend on our products. A set of single burners is a lightweight and can be
easily transported to other channels hence it should be longer channel. While a set of double burners is
might heavy to transport due to its heavy weight, bulkiness and may cause additional fees to transport, thus
it should be in shorter channel. A distribution we will use a truck to transport our product to local retailers and
wholesalers.

• Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – the owner of the business is responsible in
implementing the vision and mission of the corporation.

particularly where manufacturing/production equipment is in continual 24-hour operation.

 Our business will aim to produce 520 units of alcohol stove every month. The business will
operate from Monday to Saturday every week with the maximum working time of 8 hours. Thus,
the business will be expected to produce 20 units per day.
 The total number of people required in the production as assigned by the production manager are
14 people. This will meet the needs and goals of completing the amount of product required per
day.
