AGREED CANCELLATION OF LEASE AGREEMENT

THIS Cancellation of Lease Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") effective this the 12 day of
January, 20Dn Lessor , Donald Sharrer, IPS (“Landlord"), and Lessee(s)Matthew D. Corbett, Lessee
, (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Tenant").

WHEREAS, the parties hereto executed a Lease Agreement dated the First day of August, 2021,
pertaining to certain real property in the State of South Carolina, County of Richland, with address of: 2009
Greene Street, Number 508, Columbia, SC 29205, and

WHEREAS, the parties desire to terminate said lease.

NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants contained

herein and other good and valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of all of which is hereby
acknowledged, the parties agree and covenant as follows:

1. That certain Lease Agreement referred to above and incorporated herein by reference or by
attachment hereto, pertaining to the above described property, is hereby canceled, terminated and
otherwise deemed null and void, effective as of the ___ day of _______________, 20___.

2. The parties declare that any rights or obligations under said Lease Agreement are hereby
terminated and released and are hereby fully and completely forever discharged, and release each other
from same.

3. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable law.
