As a patient access representative I was responsible for registration during appointments. I would check
patients in, make sure insurance was up to date, and hand out any paper work that needed to be updated.
I also was responsible for maintaining a clean work station and sanitizing daily.

Medical Receptionist

As a medical receptionist I was responsible for many duties. A typical day included a rotating schedule
of working either check in, check out or phones. At check in I made sure all patient demographics were
up to date, confirmed that insurance referrals were current, correct and entered into our system and last
but not least collecting copays if needed.
Check out duties consisted of scheduling next visit appointments, giving post operation instructions, and
entering final diagnosis codes.
Working phones required that I gather all charts for next day or next week appointments. Although
answering phone calls was number one priority I too had to organize the charts, and make calls for
referrals to ensure we would receive them in time for patients.

Pharmacy Technician

• As a pharmacy technician I engage, greet, and offer assistance as quickly and efficiently as possible.
My duties include practicing pharmacy by entering patient and drug information, filing prescriptions,
counting and verifying pharmaceuticals drugs are correct, stocking, checking in deliveries and answering
phone calls. I also administered self Covid testing where I collected demographics from the patients,
insurance, and fees for the Covid testing if required. While working the drive thru station I mastered the
ability to multitask, pay attention to small details, and work at a fast yet efficient pace.

As a customer service associate I am responsible for opening the service desk. I greet customers and
mostly issue returns. In addition to that I answer and route phone calls. I am always given the opportunity
to open credit accounts for customers and offer daily savings. All of these task are accomplished while
maintaining a clean and neat work space and becoming a better employee with the help of my team.
A list of other duties include: collecting bill payments, taking phone orders, curbside pick up, handling
internet orders, stocking, cash handling, and scheduling pick ups and deliveries.
