    Dear Sir or Madam

    I, (YOUR NAME), with passport number (your pass no) want to go to South
    Africa to do my flight training in (FLIGHT SCHOOL NAME) at (FLIGHT SCHOOL
    ADDRESS). I will be undergoing the course of Commercial Pilot License there. I
    already hold a Private Pilot License from South Africa only. I intend to complete
    my further training with (FLIGHT SCHOOL NAME). After the training I will come
    back to INDIA for the conversion of my Commercial Pilot License. As there is a
    huge demand of pilots in INDIA and I have to apply into the airlines as soon as I
    will get my Commercial Pilot License. I intend to arrive in South Africa on (28th
    Feb 2022 OR ARRIVAL DATE ) for a period of (18 OR YOUR TIME PERIOD)
    months.

    I have enclosed all the relevant documents to this application.
