    With reference to the subject cited above, it is to inform that you have submitted
    pre-qualification proposal against the “Procurement of Office Furniture in Punjab
    Agriculture, Food & Drug Authority (PADFA) vide prequalification No. PAFDA/PRF/2023-
    24/01. The proposals were opened on 24th November 2023 in presence of all bidders. The
    proposals were evaluated by the procurement committee. After detailed scrutiny, your submitted
    proposal is declared as disqualified.

    2. Hence, your proposal is rejected under Rule 35 of Punjab Public Procurement
