At the end of the lesson, the students should be able to:

b. Identify the benefits of recreation for a healthy living; and
c. Present one’s experience in active or passive recreational activity.

c. Materials: Laptop, Powerpoint presentation, TV, Speaker, Visual Aids
and Chalkboards

Learning Task 2: Act me to guess me!

Directions: The students will be divided to their corresponding rows, that will
consists of three groups. Every group must have their own representative to
"act out" a phrase without speaking, while the other members of their team
will try to guess what the phrase is.

Directions: Analyze and categorize the word whether they are active or
passive recreational activities.

Determine whether it is active or passive.
V. Assignment

Learning Task 5: Capture Me!

Directions: Present a picture of yourself while doing your weekend recreational


activity at home. It can be an active or passive recreational activity, and it must be
submitted to our Google Drive on Monday.
