For the last five years, Pasig City Science High School has been celebrating the hard
work of its students by giving them a day of fun and excitement through the student fair. This
year, PCSHS’ Student Fair will be held on March 8 and 9, 2024 at the Rizal High School
Gymnasium. Our theme this year is to heal the inner children within every one of us, thus, the
two-day event will be filled with activities that will truly spark the kids at heart. Aside from that,
the Student Fair will also bring booths and stalls of food and products that they enjoy.

Consequently, we are writing this letter to acknowledge that a growing student

organization cannot meet the vision of our event without the help of others like you. With that,
we would like to ask if your company would consider donating any amount or in-kind to help
sponsor our event. As we are an organization with limited funds, any kind of aid in making the
students happier on those days is highly appreciated by us. Along with that, you are also helping
empower the student body in building the academic foundations of our school.

In appreciation of your anticipated donation, we are more than happy to promote your
company throughout the 2-day event. This includes a space for your stall inside the venue, as
well as a chance to promote by putting up posters and banners. Additionally, a special air time
during the event, promotions on our social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and
Youtube), and a special Thanksgiving post to the sponsor are also included.

We are hoping that you can help in making the year of our students one of the best.
