MPT Notification Under Competent Authority Quota 2023-24
Online application forms for admission into MPT courses for the academic year 2023-24 in
the colleges affiliated to Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada and Mohan Babu
University, Tirupati are invited from the eligible candidates.
SCHEDULE
2. Procedure of filling online application form and payment of fee through online:
a. The fee paid by the applicants is not refundable under any circumstances.
b. Read the Notification, Prospectus / Regulations carefully regarding eligibility under local and non-
local.
c. Visit website through Internet Explorer 11 version only to fill the application form.
d. The Registration number which will be sent to the registered mobile after entering the basic details,
should be noted for further use. The Registration number should be kept confidential and should not
be disclosed to others.
e. Fill - in all the correct details in the online application form and upload all the documents including
the certificates which are mandatory.
f. The following Certificates are required to complete the online application process. The certificates
are to be scanned and kept ready to upload. Application fee has to be paid through online.

5. Verification fee: The candidates who studied BPT outside the state of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana
(other than Dr. YSRUHS) are required to pay Rs.1,180/- towards Degree
Verification fee in addition to the above registration fee.
Note:- Application and Processing Fee once paid will not be refunded Under any circumstances.
6. University Fee:
All the selected candidates shall pay the following fee with GST @18% at the time of
downloading the allotment order through online by Debit card/Credit Card or Net Banking. University fee
once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances

7. Tuition Fee:
1 The process of admissions into MPT Courses will be in accordance with the orders issued by
Govt. of A.P. vide G.O.Ms.No.63, HM&FW (K2) Dept., dt.23.02.2004 and other rules as
applicable to PG Medical and Dental courses.
2 Any orders that may be issued from time to time by Dr.YSR UHS and Govt. of A.P. and other
rules as applicable to PG Medical and Dental courses.
3 The candidates are advised to download and read the Prospectus of the course and instructions
for filling Online Application available in the University Website https://drysr.uhsap.in
before filling the online Application.
4 Same application will be considered for all phases of the counseling.
5 The certificates verification will be conducted basing on the uploaded scanned certificates. No
separate notification will be given for verification of Original certificates.
6 Hence, the candidates should register and upload all the mandatory certificates without fail and
verify once again before submission of online application.
7 As the Merit list will be prepared basing on Group subjects, the candidates while filling up
of Online application, shall enter the total marks excluding languages.
8 Scrutiny of uploaded data will be done by the University and officials from the concerned
Departments. After scrutiny of scanned certificates, provisional merit list will be released and
final merit list will be released later.
9 The On-line application form with the following lacunae will be rejected automatically. No
communication will be sent in this regard.
10 The candidates claiming reservation under PwD category are advised to watch the University
website for further notifications and should present him/herself before Medical Board to be
constituted by Dr.YSR UHS.
11 The candidate should submit the Printout of the filled in Online application form, Provisional
verification form and all Original certificates along with One set of self-attested copies to the
Principal of allotted college at the time of joining for final verification. In case of any
discrepancy, the Provisional allotment order will be cancelled without any notice. The
candidates are informed not to send the print out of application form to the University.
12 Candidates admission is strictly provisional. The mere fact that the Merit position issued to
him/her does not imply that his/her candidature is accepted by the University and it does not
mean that the entries made by him / her in the online application are accepted as true and correct.
An in-eligible candidate obtaining Merit position does not make him/her eligible for admission.
13 The candidates eligibility for admission into MPT Courses for the academic year 2023-24 will
be examined by the University officials and officials of the concerned department only basing on
the uploaded scanned original certificates.
15 Candidates are informed that final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the
college of admission and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled
and action may be initiated as per University Regulations.
16 Subsequent notifications with regard to web counseling will be notified on the University
website only. Visit the University website https://drysr.uhsap.in regularly for subsequent
notifications / instructions till the completion of admission process.
