Position: HR Systems Intern - Workday & UKG Dimensions Functional Consultant

Location: Hyderabad
Work Arrangement: Work from Office

We are seeking a motivated MBA HR fresher to join us as an intern, with a focus on training to become a
proficient Workday and UKG Dimensions functional consultant. This role offers a unique opportunity to
develop expertise in HR systems while gaining hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and
optimizing HR processes within these platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate

them into system configurations within Workday and UKG Dimensions.
• Assist in the implementation and deployment of various HR modules including Recruitment,
Onboarding, Compensation, Core HR, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Benefits, and Performance
Management.
• Support the design and execution of test plans, ensuring the functionality and efficiency of
system setups.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting efforts, ensuring seamless
system operations.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of HR processes and their integration with technology
solutions.
• Contribute to documentation and training materials for end-users to facilitate smooth adoption
and utilization of HR systems.

Requirements:

• MBA in Human Resources with a strong grasp of HR processes and modules.

• Familiarity with concepts related to Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, Core HR, Time and
Attendance, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, etc.
• Basic understanding of SQL/PLSQL, Java, Python, or similar programming languages (preferred
but not mandatory).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude towards gaining expertise in new technologies and
systems.
