7, Irrespective of the fact whether the party contest elections under each other symbols PTI will give one reserve seat of the women and minority to PTI N in the NA at 50% priority mark also the same in Punjab. ‘That is if PTI wins the majority in the house then one seat will be give for woman and one for minority in both the houses, 8, Inespective of the fact whether the party contest elections under each other symbols PTI will give the following seats to PTIN. Mr AKHTAR DAR will remain the chairman of PTIN till the next election of PTIN. At the end of his term if Mr. Akhtar Dar wants to join PTI he will be inducted into the party with great respect after he quits the chairmanship of PTI N. Both the parties realise that today forces which have been the cause of Pakistan current dismal condition are joining hands to keep the corrective, positive movements at bay and out of power. They are working to sabotage the will of the people by delaying elections and indulging in pre-poll rigging and planning poll and post pol! rigging. In light of the above circumstances the above two parties have agreed to enter into an agreement to counter the malintentions of such forces and to strengthen the hand of each other to achieve the objectives of the respective parties as called out in their respectitive constitution. Pakistan Thereek ¢ Insaf without any conditions has agreed to offer its utmost cooperation to Pakistan Thereek ¢ Insaf — N. The parties hereby agree to the following: 1. The preference of both the parties is that both have agreed to contest under the symbol bat as long as the symbol bat is available to Pakistan Thereek e Insaf. In case the symbol bat is taken away from Pakistan Thereek e Insaf for whatsoever reason then all the candidates would contest under the symbol of Pakistan Thereek ¢ Insaf Nizarati that is Batsman. 3. It is also mutually agreed that the Parliamentary leader would be elected by the elected officials as selected by the Founder Chairman of the party. ‘That instructions and directions of Imran Ahmad Khan would be binding on all members so elected on the platform of PTI-N; b. All members so elected shall follow the directions and instructions of Imran Khan relating to parliamentary proceedings. €. It has also been agreed that all positions of National Council of Pakistan Thereek e Insaf Nazirati will be filled immediately and will be people selected by the General Secretary of the Party from the members of PTI N immediately. 4. Any member so elected shall after joining PTI shall not be proceeded against for de-seating by PTI- N in any manner. €. All members so elected shall be at liberty to join back PTI either individually or en-bane whether at the same time or at different times on the instructions of Imran Khan and in such case, no office bearer including parliamentary leader of PTI-N shall have any reservation whatsoever. 4. Forall practical purposes PTI N will take all measures as soon as possible other than those mentioned above to ensure that both the parties are completely aligned and PTIN in nature becomes a coparty of the same group that is PTI and we bring all those who believe in the ideals of PTI under one banner, one leader Imran Khan Founding Chairman of Pakistan Thereek e Insaf. 5, All measures will be taken that both the parties remain eligible to contest elections and PTIN will play an affective role in providing support to PTI and its policy in media as well as at all forums. 6, The PTIN will not put any candidate against it.
