Starters
• Roasted parsnip soup garnished with homemade vegetable crisps, served with a
warm bread roll & butter (V) (VE) (available as GF)
• Ham hock terrine served with a homemade piccalilli butter and garlic & thyme
croûtes
• Smoked haddock arancini with a fresh rocket leaf salad and a smoked cheese sauce
• Goats cheese & caramelised red onion tartlet served with pickled radishes & a
beetroot purée (V) (GF)

Mains
• Oven roasted turkey breast with roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, seasonal
vegetables, pigs in blankets, stuffing ball & roast turkey jus (available as GF)
• Slow roasted beef shin with miniature dumplings, sautéed potatoes, seasonal
vegetables & rich beef jus
• Homemade red lentil, cranberry & chickpea loaf with a vegan pomme purée,
seasonal vegetables & red wine reduction (V) (VE) (GF)
• Oven roasted Scottish salmon fillet served with fondant potato, seasonal vegetables
& Hollandaise sauce (available as GF)

Desserts
• Traditional Christmas pudding served with brandy sauce (V) (available as VE – please ask)
• Sticky toffee pudding with warm toffee sauce & Wallings farm vanilla ice cream (V)
• Vegan & gluten free vanilla cheesecake with a winter berry compote & vegan vanilla
ice cream (V) (VE) (GF)
• Waterwitch cheeseboard served with chilli jam, silverskins, celery & cream crackers
