Every responsible person should always strive to take a justifiable and realistic stance in any situation,

regardless of its nature or who it affects. It is undeniable that Dr. Dauda Lawan's victory in the 2023
election held in March was a success. Even those outside of Zamfara state cannot deny this fact, and it is
unlikely that even the opposition contestant would argue that the election was not based on the voting
choices of the citizens. However, it is important to remember that success is not guaranteed, and one
must always acknowledge that it is through the grace of God that they are in their position. It is
therefore essential that every necessary action and step is taken to ensure compliance with all
requirements, to avoid any potential hitch that could give the opposition an opportunity to challenge or
contradict your success. Ultimately, it is essential to prioritize the satisfaction and interests of the
citizens above all else.

It is important to be realistic and acknowledge that the actions of some INEC officials, security agencies,
and internal and external observers during the just concluded election in Zamfara state were not
satisfactory. They publicly announced, after a brief meeting with all respective bodies involved, that they
would go to some polling units where the election was not held and perform it the following day.
However, the election result was announced in the middle of the night on that same day, causing
disappointment and a breach of trust for the opposition party and leading to the chaos being
experienced today. While the opposition party has claimed that soldiers were brought to polling units to
deny their supporters the right to vote, this claim is not true. The soldiers' only role was to ensure safety
and the right to a free and fair election for all.

It is important to acknowledge that a free and fair election was conducted, and Dr. Dauda Lawan's
victory was due to the will of the people, not the use of power or force to hijack the election. However,
failure to comply with the agreed-upon decision was a significant mistake and a sign of disappointment.
It is essential to understand that if we put our trust in God, we should not fear anything. Trying to
implement something beyond what is necessary could lead to the failure of our success. As for the
ongoing court ruling, we must have faith in God, who can change things in a single second. However, we
do not hope for this outcome because of the current situation in the state. What we need most is peace
in our beloved state, and we pray that it will be attained.

It is important to understand that disqualification or failure of one candidate does not necessarily mean
that God does not want them. It could be that God did not want certain things implemented beyond His
personal intervention during the election. If God intends to remove His hand and allow the APC to
overturn Dr. Dauda's success in favor of Dr. Bello Matawalle, it could create great tension in the state. It
is important to move forward and learn from what has happened, ensuring that such mistakes are not
repeated in the future. May Allah restore peace and tranquility to Zamfara state and guide our leaders
in a righteous direction.
The current situation in Zamfara state is worrying, as it has been less than a year since the election, yet
political vanguards have returned to the state. It is difficult to believe that these politicians have the
development of the state in mind with all that is happening. The people went to welcome the previous
governor from Sokoto state, and the present governor went to welcome him from Yankara, which raises
questions about what is going on. It is essential to be realistic about the situation and remember that
this worldly life is nothing compared to what is waiting for us in the hereafter, whether paradise or hell,
and it will be permanent, not temporary. Therefore, I implore the present governor not to be distracted
by all that is going on and to keep doing the right things at the right time.

It is crucial for the governor to focus on addressing the challenges faced by the people of Zamfara state,
including issues of poverty and hunger. These issues cannot be overlooked if the fight against insecurity
in the state is to be successful. The governor must remain firm and give due concentration to ensuring
that he is aware of every issue concerning the citizens of the state, as this is his cardinal responsibility
Islamically and constitutionally. The governor should not be distracted by the issue of court rulings, as he
cannot go beyond the limit set by Almighty God in leading the affairs of the state. It is important to
reassure the governor of the people's support if he maintains his cardinal responsibility to the citizens of
the state. However, if he fails to do so, the people will no longer support him.

As concerned citizens of Zamfara state, we are committed to identifying and addressing the problems
faced by our people. We are willing to work together with any leader who is dedicated to making
positive changes in our state, and we will stand against any leader who has a different perception, even
if it is the current governor. The only thing that matters to us is seeing decisive steps taken to provide a
better change in our society. If this is not done, we will no longer support the governor. We pray for
Allah's guidance and assistance for all our leaders, and may He continue to bless Zamfara state with His
abundance. We also pray for the safety and security of our state and our neighboring states who face
similar challenges. Ameen.

As concerned citizens of Zamfara state, we recognize the challenges facing our people and the need for
positive change. It is the responsibility of our leaders to address these challenges and work towards a
better future for our state. We are fully committed to working together with any leader who is willing to
make sacrifices and take decisive steps towards positive change.

Section 14(2)(b) and (c) of the Nigerian Constitution emphasize the importance of prioritizing the
security and welfare of the people, ensuring their participation in government, and directing economic
policies towards the benefit of the people. Section 15(5) of the Nigerian Constitution mandates the state
to abolish all corrupt practices and abuse of power, while Section 17(2) directs the state to ensure that
the economic system is not operated in a manner that concentrates wealth or means of production and
exchange in the hands of a few individuals or groups. Additionally, Section 20, Section 39, and Section 40
of the Nigerian Constitution guarantee the rights of peaceful assembly, association, expression, and
protest, while Section 42 prohibits discrimination on the grounds of ethnicity, tribe, religion, or place of
origin. Finally, Section 230(2) outlines the process for the removal of the Chief Judge of a state, ensuring
due process and protection for the judiciary.

From the Quranic perspective, Surah al-Hujurat, Verse 13 emphasizes the importance of unity and
righteousness, regardless of differences in ethnicity or tribe. Surah al-Maidah, Verse 8 emphasizes the
importance of standing up for justice and being a witness for Allah, even if it goes against personal
interests or those of loved ones. Surah al-Baqarah, Verse 195 emphasizes the importance of spending in
the way of Allah and doing good, which can lead to blessings and success. Surah al-Hadid, Verse 18
emphasizes the importance of charity and loaning to Allah, which can lead to multiplied blessings and
rewards. Surah al-Baqarah, Verse 233 emphasizes the importance of fair treatment towards mothers,
fathers, and children, and the need to fulfill one's responsibilities towards them. Additionally, Surah al-
Baqarah, Verse 267 emphasizes the importance of spending from the good things one has earned and
not aiming towards the defective, which can lead to blessings and praise from Allah. Surah al-Ma'arij,
Verse 5-7 emphasizes the importance of reminding people of the truth and the consequences of their
actions, regardless of their status or position. Surah al-Isra, Verse 15 emphasizes the importance of
personal responsibility and accountability for one's actions, as well as the need to follow the guidance of
messengers sent by Allah. Finally, Surah al-Baqarah, Verse 42 emphasizes the importance of truthfulness
and not concealing the truth, even if it may be difficult or uncomfortable.

Therefore, we urge our leaders to prioritize the security and welfare of the people, ensure their
participation in government, abolish corrupt practices and abuse of power, direct economic policies
towards the benefit of the people, and protect the rights of peaceful assembly, association, expression,
and protest, while prohibiting discrimination. We also call on our leaders to follow the Quranic principles
of unity, justice, charity, fair treatment, personal responsibility, accountability, and truthfulness in order
to bring positive change to our communities. We are fully committed to working with any leader who
shares these values and is willing to take decisive steps towards positive change.

We believe that the issue of poverty and hunger cannot be overlooked if we are to achieve the fight
against the insecurity bedeviling the state. Section 14(2)(b) of the Nigerian Constitution states that "the
security and welfare of the people shall be the primary purpose of government," and Surah al-Baqarah,
Verse 267 emphasizes the importance of spending from the good things one has earned and not aiming
towards the defective, which can lead to blessings and praise from Allah. We call on the governor to
take decisive steps towards addressing these issues and ensuring the safety and security of all citizens.

We are deeply concerned by the political tensions and distractions that have arisen in the aftermath of
the 2023 election in Zamfara state. While we acknowledge that the election was conducted fairly, we
also believe that there were some issues with the conduct of the election that needed to be addressed.
The calls for justice, fairness, and transparency in the conduct of elections are supported by Quranic
principles of unity, justice, and truthfulness, as well as constitutional provisions for fair treatment and
protection of the rights of peaceful assembly, association, expression, and protest.

We urge the present governor to remain focused on his responsibilities towards the people of Zamfara
state and not to be swayed by political distractions or personal interests. It is important that any actions
taken by those in power are done in a fair and just manner, and with the best interests of the people in
mind. Quranic principles of justice, charity, and righteousness, as well as constitutional provisions for the
security and welfare of the people, should guide the actions of our leaders.

As citizens of Zamfara state, we are committed to working towards a better future for ourselves and
future generations. We pray for Allah's guidance and assistance to all our leaders and for the continued
blessing and safety of our state and our neighboring states.

Dauda Lawan ya samu a zaben 2023 da aka gudanar a watan Maris ya yi nasara. Hatta wadanda ke

bukatu, don guje wa duk wata matsala da za ta iya baiwa 'yan adawa damar kalubalanci ko saba wa
nasarar ku. A ƙarshe, yana da mahimmanci a fifita gamsuwa da muradun ƴan ƙasa sama da komai.

Yana da kyau a lura da cewa abin da wasu jami’an INEC da hukumomin tsaro da masu sa ido na ciki da
waje suka yi a lokacin zaben da aka kammala a jihar Zamfara bai gamsar da su ba. Sun bayyana bainar
jama’a bayan wata ‘yar gajeruwar ganawa da dukkan bangarorin da abin ya shafa, cewa za su je wasu
rumfunan zabe da ba a gudanar da zaben ba, su yi shi a washegarin. To sai dai kuma an sanar da
sakamakon zaben da tsakar dare a wannan rana, lamarin da ya jawo wa jam’iyyar adawa rashin imani da
kuma tauye hakki a yau. Yayin da jam'iyyar adawa ta yi ikirarin cewa an kawo sojoji rumfunan zabe
domin hana magoya bayansu 'yancin kada kuri'a, wannan ikirari ba gaskiya ba ne. Aikin soja kawai shine
tabbatar da tsaro da yancin gudanar da zaɓe na gaskiya da adalci ga kowa.

Yana da kyau a san cewa an gudanar da zabe na gaskiya da adalci, kuma Dr. Dauda Lawan ya yi nasara ne
bisa son ran al’umma, ba wai an yi amfani da mulki ko karfi wajen sace zaben ba. Duk da haka, rashin bin
shawarar da aka amince da shi babban kuskure ne kuma alamar rashin jin daɗi. Yana da muhimmanci
mu fahimci cewa idan muka dogara ga Allah, kada mu ji tsoron wani abu. Ƙoƙarin aiwatar da wani abu
da ya wuce abin da ya dace zai iya haifar da gazawar nasararmu. Game da hukuncin da kotu ta yanke,
dole ne mu kasance da bangaskiya ga Allah, wanda zai iya canja abubuwa cikin daƙiƙa guda. Sai dai ba
mu fatan samun wannan sakamako saboda halin da jihar ke ciki. Abin da muka fi bukata shi ne zaman
lafiya a jiharmu abin kaunarmu, kuma muna addu’ar Allah ya kaimu.

Yana da kyau a fahimci cewa rashin cancanta ko gazawar wani ɗan takara ba lallai ba ne Allah ba ya so.
Yana iya yiwuwa Allah bai so a aiwatar da wasu abubuwa fiye da sa hannun sa a lokacin zabe ba. Idan
Allah ya nufa ya cire hannunsa, ya kuma baiwa APC damar kawar da nasarar da Dr. Dauda ya samu,
domin ganin Dr. Bello Matawalle, zai iya haifar da tashin hankali a jihar. Yana da mahimmanci a ci gaba
da koyo daga abin da ya faru, tare da tabbatar da cewa ba a maimaita irin waɗannan kurakurai a nan
gaba. Allah ya dawo mana da zaman lafiya a jahar zamfara ya kuma shiryar da shuwagabannin mu akan
tafarkin gaskiya.

Halin da ake ciki a jihar Zamfara yana da matukar damuwa, domin ba a kai shekara guda da gudanar da
zaben ba, amma duk da haka ‘yan bangar siyasa sun dawo jihar. Yana da wuya a yarda cewa wadannan
’yan siyasa suna da tunanin ci gaban jihar tare da duk abin da ke faruwa. Jama’a sun je tarbar tsohon
gwamnan jihar Sokoto, kuma gwamnan yanzu ya je ya tarbe shi daga Yankara, lamarin da ya sanya ayar
tambaya kan abin da ke faruwa. Yana da muhimmanci mu san halin da ake ciki kuma mu tuna cewa
rayuwar duniya ba kome ba ce idan aka kwatanta da abin da ke jiranmu a lahira, ko aljanna ko wuta,
kuma za ta dawwama, ba ta ɗan lokaci ba. Don haka ina kira ga gwamna mai ci da kada duk abin da ke
faruwa ya dauke hankalinsa, ya ci gaba da yin abubuwan da suka dace a lokacin da ya dace.

Yana da matukar muhimmanci gwamnan ya mayar da hankali wajen magance matsalolin da al’ummar
jihar Zamfara ke fuskanta da suka hada da fatara da yunwa. Ba za a iya mantawa da waɗannan batutuwa
ba idan ana son samun nasarar yaƙi da rashin tsaro a jihar. Dole ne gwamna ya tsaya tsayin daka tare da
bayar da himma wajen tabbatar da cewa yana sane da duk wani al'amari da ya shafi al'ummar jihar,
domin wannan shi ne babban alhakinsa a Musulunci da tsarin mulki. Bai kamata gwamna ya shagaltu da
batun hukuncin kotu ba, domin ba zai iya wuce iyaka da Allah Madaukakin Sarki ya shimfida wajen
tafiyar da al’amuran jihar ba. Yana da kyau a tabbatar wa gwamna goyon bayan jama’a idan ya rike
babban nauyin da ya rataya a wuyansa ga ‘yan jihar. Duk da haka, idan ya kasa yin haka, jama'a ba za su
sake ba shi goyon baya ba.

A matsayinmu na al’ummar jihar Zamfara, mun himmatu wajen ganowa da magance matsalolin da
al’ummarmu ke fuskanta. A shirye muke mu hada kai da duk wani shugaba da ya himmatu wajen kawo
sauyi mai kyau a jiharmu, kuma za mu tsaya tsayin daka wajen adawa da duk wani shugaban da ke da
wata fahimta ta daban, ko da kuwa gwamna ne mai ci. Abin da ya dame mu shi ne ganin an dauki
kwararan matakai don samar da ingantacciyar sauyi a cikin al’ummarmu. Idan ba a yi haka ba, ba za mu
kara goyon bayan gwamna ba. Muna addu'ar Allah ya yi masa jagora da taimako ga daukacin
shuwagabannin mu, ya kuma ci gaba da baiwa jihar Zamfara albarkar sa. Muna kuma addu'ar Allah ya
baiwa jiharmu lafiya da sauran jihohin dake makwabtaka da jiharmu da ke fuskantar irin wannan
