Grace and Peace to you In the most holy name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

The JNH Karate-Do/ Kobu-Do, main mission Is to teach and conduct quality Karate training and
provide sports services and to contribute to the peaceful and betterment of the community by educating
the youth through martial arts In perfection of their characters and for us to propagate sports In our city.

Our Batang Plnoy 2023 San Pedro team is going t o compete In the upcoming Batang Plnoy 2023
Nationals. We are on the process of completing all the requirements and supporting documents to comply
before the deadline which Is on December 17, 2023. The City of San Pedro was able to schedule us
tomorrow to apply for medical clearance which Is one of the primary requirements of the competition.

As a result we would like to excuse Irish Jelmscy L. Gaban fr om her class today October
4, 2023. Wednday to attend the scheduled medical check-up around 9am for her clearance to
compete in the Batang Pinoy Nationals 2023 and represent the City of San Pedro.
