y= 5.0 Consumer Secut De sit & Meter Connection Fee As per Clause 62(a) of the Electricity Regulations 2019, you will be required to pay consumer security deposits equal to the value of two (2) months assessed energy consumption charges and an electricity- ‘meter connection fees before the electrical installations are connected to the supply line. These charges are NOT included in the capital cost above. 6.0 Power Factor ‘As per Clause 55(6) of the Electricity Regulation 2019, the power factor of the installation shall not be less than 0.85 lagging. It shall be your responsibility to maintain the power factor at this level or above at no cost to EFL. 7.0 Commencement of Work EFL targets to commence the installation works within sixty (60) weeks from the date of payment. ‘The above offer is valid for a period of three (3) months from the date of this letter.
