Note:

- All prices quoted are inclusive of delivery (Subject to Site Survey). Any duties, customs, taxes and other
miscellaneous cost will be borne by customer.
- Any extra overhead cost to break any infrastructure to position or transfer the printer will be borne by the
customer. Site Survey will be carried out to assess any additional cost that needs incurred.
- Delivery will be made within 4-7 weeks. Subject to supplier availability and stock
- Prices may be subjected to changes without prior notice.
- In order to process this order, Chemtron Pte Ltd will need to receive a 50% non-refundable deposit upon
confirmation and remainder 50% before delivery and installation of the machine.

Services
- We will deliver, install and set up the machine at your site/office (Subject to site survey and location of
printer to be installed).
- We will provide you a training session on how to use the machine, how to maintain the machine properly
as well as run through the EIGER Software with you.

Warranty:

- We will provide you limited warranty for your Machine purchase for 12 months upon date of delivery of
machine.
- Warranty includes – Fixing of all Electronic and Mechanical parts Except for Consumables.
- Warranty is Void if (a) Damaged to Machine due to materials, products or software not developed by
Markforged (b) Damage caused by accidents, misuse, mishandling and Acts of God (c) Damage caused by
failure to follow instructions relating to product use (d) Operating the product outside the permitted or its
intended use (e) to a product/part has been modified to alter functionality or capability without written
permission (f) to consumable part (g) to cosmetic damage (h) Markforged Serial Number has been removed
or defaced (i) If filaments are not bought from Chemtron Pte Ltd.
-Chemtron Pte Ltd directors and employees are not liable for any loss of income.

-Telephone Support: 9.00am to 5.00pm – Monday to Friday {except public & Chemtron}
- Remote Support: 9.00am to 5.00pm – Monday to Friday {except public & Chemtron}
