1. What is the machine? Its mechanics?

The object I made is a car using a simple machine i.e. a wheel and an
axle. A wheel is a circular object attached with a rod called an axle going through its center so that
these two parts rotate together in which a force is transferred from one to the other

2. What force does the machine use? Which forces does it

multiply?
The machine uses input force which is applied to the wheel and transferred to
the axle.
When you try to push a load across the ground, there’s a lot of friction that
makes it hard to move. The whole surface area of the load is on the ground.
When you put the load on wheels, then there’s only friction on the very small
part of the wheel that is touching the ground at any given time. Thus, it’s
much easier to move a heavy load over a long distance.
When a force is applied to the axle, this simple machine can be used to increase speed because the
wheel travels a greater distance in a shorter amount of time than the axle would be able to on its own.
When a force is applied to the wheel, the tool can be used to multiply force because the axle will turn
a smaller distance with a greater force.

3. How is it useful in our daily lives?

Cars make work easier.

4. Which aspect of the machine are you focusing on?

The movement of the wheel when force is applied to the axle.
Applying a large force to the wheels makes the axle
go faster.
5. How is it useful?
Wheel and axle uses include lifting heavy objects,
moving people quickly, and moving parts of a
complex machine
