Victor is the main character in Corpse Bride. He
is a young and shy man who is about to marry
Victoria Everglot. Victor is nervous about his
wedding, and when he practices his vows in the
forest, he accidentally marries a dead bride -
the Corpse Bride. Victor is a kind-hearted
person, and he tries to help the Corpse Bride,
but he also loves Victoria. He is voiced by Johnny
Depp.

The Corpse Bride, whose name is Emily, was

murdered on her wedding day. She is a sweet
and romantic character who falls in love with
Victor after he accidentally marries her. Emily
wants to be alive again so she can marry Victor
and live happily ever after. She is voiced by
Helena Bonham Carter

Victoria is a beautiful and kind woman who is

about to marry Victor. She is very unhappy
because her parents are forcing her to marry a
man she does not love. When Victor accidentally
marries the Corpse Bride, Victoria helps him find
a way to get back to the land of the living. She is
voiced by Emily Watson.
 Barkis is a rich and cruel man who wants to
marry Victoria. He has a secret plan to kill
Victoria and steal her money. Barkis is the
main villain in the film. When Victor meets him
in the land of the dead, he learns that Barkis
killed the Corpse Bride on their wedding day.
Barkis is voiced by Richard E. Grant..

Nell is Victor's mother. She is a kind and loving

person who wants her son to be happy. Nell is
worried about Victor because he is very shy and
nervous. She encourages him to practice his
wedding vows, but she does not know that he
accidentally marries the Corpse Bride. Nell is
voiced by Tracey Ullman.

Maudeline is Victoria's mother. She is a cold and

cruel woman who only cares about money.
Maudeline wants Victoria to marry Barkis
because he is rich, but she does not know that
Barkis is planning to kill her daughter. Maudeline
is voiced by Joanna Lumley.
