SCHOOL BASED LEARNING ACTION CELL REFLECTION

December 13,2023
SY 2023-2024

1. I learned that creating a positive learning environment is crucial for

fostering student engagement, growth, and overall well-being. As a
teacher, participating in training to enhance skills in this area has likely
provided valuable insights and tools.

2. I realized that the recent training on cultivating a positive learning

environment has been a transformative experience, offering a plethora
of insights and strategies that have the potential to redefine my role as
an educator. The sessions were not merely a checklist of techniques but
rather a journey into understanding the profound impact a positive
atmosphere can have on both students and educators.

3. I Planned to apply these newfound insights in my classroom, I am filled

with anticipation and a sense of responsibility. The positive learning
environment is not a static achievement but an ongoing commitment to
adapt and refine practices. It is a journey that involves constant
feedback, flexibility, and a genuine passion for the well-being of every
student.

4. What worked really well today?

This session helps me to enhance my knowledge in positive learning

environments has been a catalyst for personal and professional growth.
Armed with a renewed perspective and practical tools, I am eager to create a
classroom where curiosity thrives, confidence blossoms, and a lifelong love
for learning is ignited. The journey towards a positive learning environment is
not just a pedagogical pursuit; it is a mission to empower and inspire the
leaders of tomorrow.
