Father’s day

Description: A reel campaign in which we will be uploading an audio which will say- ‘Give your
hand to your dad while he is eating and see what he does’
We will get a few influencers to do this one week before Father's day and seeing these reels,
people can imitate the same. The give here is after we shortlist a few winners who have done
the best in form the response from their dad, can avail a meal along with their dad on Father’s
day.

Team’s journey : The PR team has to get influencers onboard first to get them to do this, once
we have reels from them, we can repost and communicate to the audience about the trend

User journey: Spot influencer activity, see resposts on Poult’s profile and follow the trend, get
rewarded.

For winners: Receive DM from us, show the DM at the restaurant, have a meal with your dad.
The give: A set meal from Poult for you and your dad. ( We can also look for other options here)

Objectives : To aim for a viral trend

Blazon: Will create the audio and upload and share it with influencers

Timeline
By 7th June: Reach out to influencers
By 14th June: Lock all the influencers, contact them and upload the audio
15th June: Influencers upload reels
18th : Choose the best reel and announce winners
19th : winners avail the gift at Poult

BTL Promotions
1. Tent cards on the table at the restaurant: As the team interacted with the people at the
restaurant when they were shooting, they received a few queries from people asking
about Poult's social handles. On that not wee, we thought it will be a good idea if we
place tent cards on the table with QR codes of our instagram and facebook handles so
that the awareness of the page increases and to increase the follower growth on both
the platforms we can also provide a free drink (Mojito) or anything to all those who follow
us on both the platforms. (it can be any other small give as well) One side of the tent
card can display ''follow QR code and get this for free'' and on the other side we can
have few recommendations of the Poult favorite dishes/ Hot selling dishes.

2. PDF with specially curated offers for the employees, Lunches for corporate meetings
3. Flyers for corporate offices: A specially curated offer for corporate positioning like- Grab
a quick bite without spoiling your hands.
We can also use this for promoting offers on Swiggy and Zomato: The idea here is to
create a special promo code for employees of corporate offices and do the promotion by
geo targeting and promoting it on Zomato and Swiggy as well.

7th June - Food safety day - Do a reel about safety measures, capping up, gloving up, etc.

21st June - Music day


Share food images on stories and ask people to mention which song they’d think of looking at
that. All those songs become a specially curated playlist and also plays in the outlet on world
music day
For online deliveries:
1. Hygiene check on zomato: Please upload the pictures of as many dishes as possible
and write descriptions of the dishes.
2. Hygiene check on swiggy: Please write descriptions of the dishes.
3. Offer: Create special offer (monsoon +fried) combo
We can also create a special monsoon special packaging and promote it on zomato/
swiggy.
