Chicken Cireng Recipe Contents

Ingredients:

-10 tablespoons of flour

-10 tablespoons of tapioca flour

-3 tablespoons of powdered broth

-enough hot water

Stuffing material:

-1 1/2 pieces of boiled chicken breast

-1/2 clove of onion

-5 cloves of garlic

-1 red chili

- Onion leaves to taste

-1 teaspoon of salt to taste

- sufficient sugar

2. Make the cireng first


Add the onion, white, and red chili to the blender. Blend until thoroughly evenly distributed.
Sauté the smooth seasoning that has been blended earlier on the pan until it emits a fragrant
odor. Add sugar, salt, shredded chicken, and chopped leek into it. Pour a little water, then stir
again.

3. Mix the flour ingredients and powdered stock into cireng

Prepare a container filled with flour, tapioca and powdered stock. Pour hot water into it, then
stir until evenly distributed.
When the dough becomes smooth, take a little, then add the contents of the cooked shredded
chicken into it. Cover the dough by folding it into a half circle.
4. Fry the slices until cooked and serve!

Pour the oil into the pan, then heat it first. Add the slabs slowly.
Stir fry until cooked using low heat. Remove and drain the slabs. Serve while warm!
