Action Plan

Based on the highest rank to rank 3 in terms of in app behavior category the
researchers created this activity.

Create a organization: “It’s show, it’s time it’s TalenTok Time”.

Objectives: The aim of this activity is to highlight the hidden talents of


each student in our school. This will help them to be motivated and stay
motivated all the time. It will also help you understand your own skills and
talents, and help you know who you will be and what you want from your future
career.

Description: Creating an organization that helps to build a group of students


who have talent. With the help of this organization, they will be encouraged
to give more importance to their talents and skills.

Persons involved; teachers and students

Time frame: year round

Expected outcome: Each student has unique skills and abilities that will help
them succeed in their academic and professional endeavors. When students
participate in activities that match their strengths and interests, they
become more motivated, confident, and willing to take risks.

Improving student’s achievement

Objectives: This activity will help your student grow and develop. Performance
and achievement. The goal is to emphasize ability rather than performance,
provide academic feedback, and most importantly, encourage good behavior in
the classroom.

Description: Each week, teachers create appreciation announcements for


students who have improved their academic performance. A notice board will
also be made on which the names of the students who achieved the highest marks
in that section will be posted. This will motivate them all the time.

Expected outcome: Teachers do a lot to motivate students by celebrating


success, celebrating work well done, and simply documenting student progress
and strengths. This will help students enjoy learning and stay motivated for
their studies.
