Buyer sends LOI

Seller provides FCO (Full Corporate Offer)
Buyer sends ICPO and verifiable POF/MT799/BCL
Seller provides SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement), buyer returns signed SPA and seller will
show to buyer the distributorship certificate from the factory
Seller issues Performa Invoice
Buyer issues verbiage
Bank to bank communication (to be performed by lawyer / Bank account officer)
Implementation of services once LC is confirmed
Loading of goods at loading port and sent for delivery
