outstanding Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) related to our on going project
CONSTRUCTION OF CHILANJILIZI PUMPIMG WATER SUPPLY PROJECT IN
KONGWA DISTRICT-DODOMA CONTRACT NO : AE-102/2021-2022/DOM/W/77
dated 5.february 2023. As of today (3 december 2023) we have not received the payment
for IPC (IPC No.1)

Timely payments are crucial to maintaining the smooth progression of our project and
ensuring that all rsources are adequately allocated. We understand that unforeseen
circumstances may sometimes cause delays,and we appreciate your attension to this
matter as this IPC is due for ten (10) months now.

Kindly review and process the paymentat at your earliest convenience. If there are any
concerns or issues regarding the IPC,please do not hesitateto reach out to us. We are
