This is relative to the issued Resolution from the NCIP Chairperson’s Office re
reinstatement of Atty. Geroncio R. Aguio, CESO III to his official work station at NCIP
Region XI. Please be informed that the NCIP Regional Office will be facilitating the
Ceremonial Turn Over of Atty. Geroncio R. Aguio, CESO III as the Regional Director
effective November 8, 2023.

Greetings of peace and goodwill!

The National Commission on Indigenous Peoples Region XI will be celebrating soon its IP
Month Celebration and the 26th Year of IPRA on October 2023. In line with this celebration, the
NCIP Davao de Oro Provincial Office will be conducting/implementing an IP Civil Registration
project in your municipality particularly in Barangays Datu Ampunan, Datu Davao, Kidawa,
Lahi, Sabud and San Antonio. In preparation on the implementation of the said project, a
coordination meeting will be held on September 6, 2023 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning at the
Municipal Tribal Hall, Poblacion, Laak, Davao de Oro.

In view of the above, we would like to invite you together with the Barangay Tribal Chieftains
of the above-mentioned Barangays to attend the said meeting.
