Mega Job Fair Volunteer Roles
At our Volunteer Fair, we greatly value the dedication and enthusiasm of our student volunteers. Your roles are pivotal to
ensuring the event runs smoothly and successfully.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your assigned timeslot.
Below are your key responsibilities:
1. Direction Guides / Set-up Coordinators:
Act as ambassadors for the event, welcoming exhibitors and guiding them to their designated booth areas.
Help direct exhibitors to their assigned spots, ensuring a smooth and organized setup process.
Provide clear instructions on event logistics, schedules, and any special requirements.
11am – 12:30pm 12:30pm – 1pm

2. Set-up/Tear-down Crew:
Assist in setting up and tearing down various event areas, including registration desks, information booths, and
signage.
Ensure all event materials and supplies are arranged and displayed neatly.
Collaborate with the Direction Guides to coordinate the exhibitor setup process.
Setup - 8am – 11am Tear-down - 2pm – 3:00pm
