1** Confirm that all structural supports, main structural members, roof structure, wall cladding, etc
are installed as per AFC drawings, Project Specifications, and removed all temporary aids /
brackets.
2 Confirm that all platforms and walkways are installed as per AFC drawings, Project Specifications
and removed all temporary aids / brackets.
3 Confirm that gratings to gullies are installed and the drains and sumps are clean.
4 Confirm that all penetrations installed, with sleeves / kick plates of specified size complete with
drain holes.
5 Confirm that all grating installed, secured and no gaps exist that allow the penetration of a ball
bearing of diameter >15 mm.
6** Confirm that all Packers used under uprights to be fabricated from good quality CS & to be
blasted & primed as a minimum
7 Confirm that all handrails, ladders are installed as per AFC drawings and specifications and ladder
entrances have safety bar complete with protected landing end and portable hand railings are
secured.
8** Confirm that all bolting are installed and tightened
9 Confirm that all maintenance / scaffolding lugs are installed as per AFC drawings with the correct
orientation
10 Confirm that Main and Interface dimensions are checked and accepted.
11 Confirm that all temporary steel works are removed at a later date, and are clearly marked and
identified on the relevant drawings
12 Confirm that all Welding, Stress Relief and NDT work completed and cleared.
13 Confirm that all items covered by this record are undamaged and clean.
14 Confirm that all Quality Records have been completed and accepted.
