B) Night Gratitude :
Before sleeping at night , write minimum 10 things that happened
good during the day & you are grateful about it .

C) SOS GRATITUDE :
If you are experiencing anything negative about some situation,
person , place or some work and it is causing you negativity ,
immediately start being grateful for that situation & feel good.
Example: If your partner is upset with you and this all is creating
negative situation . Instead of being upset & worried in that
situation, just start saying inside in your head “Thank you for
creating loving & caring relationship between us”
D) EARN GRATITUDE
All through the day collect at least 7 “thank you” from the people
around you . They can be your family members, your employees ,
your driver anyone.
