Special Event Suggestion Form Summary

1. What event do you want?

The options were Picnic, Dinner, Both and Other. Most respondents choose ‘Both’, some
choose either ‘Picnic’ or ‘Dinner’. There were three other suggestions; A Movie Night, A Brunch
or an All-day Excursion & Outing to Chukka or Mystic Mountain.

2. Why?

For all events suggested the respondents felt that they would be fun, it could be a medium to
blow off steam from stress and exams and the events would be memorable and could be a
possible bonding session since it's our last time together. Regarding the picnic, they suggest
that it’ll be cheaper whereas for the dinner they suggest that it would help fulfil their dream of
a “Prom” due to the fanciness and because it’s further it gives more time to save and so forth.

3. Where?

For this section, the majority of respondents suggested a parish not a venue. F

Someone suggested that instead of there being a theme it would be easier for money to
collected and given to the Mrs. Linton -Williams and Mrs. Hines-Roper to buy the different
foods and some students would oversee bringing blanket to sit on, some games and so on.
