We have joined this Bench online through Video conferencing.

Shri O.P.Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Anupam Verma, learned
counsel for the respondents. Shri J. L. Gautam, General Manager, BSNL, Jhansi is
also present online to assist this matter.

Shri Anupam Verma, learned counel for the respondents submits that the respondents
approached Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad in the instant matter challenging certain
orders passed by us during the course of the proceedings in the present contempt
petition. He submits that this matter was taken up by the Hon’ble court yesterday and
certain directions have been passéd. However, the said order is yet to be uploaded.
Shri Anupam Verma, further submits that although he has some knowledge with
respect to the directions passed by the Hon’ble High Court, he would not like to make
the submission in the absence of copy of the order of Hon’ble High Court.
Accordingly, it would be in the interest of justice to adjourn the matter for today and
await for a copy of the order of the Hon’ble High Court passed in the matter so that the
matter can be further considered strictly in the light of the direction issued by the
Hon’ble High Court.

Shri O.P.Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant is agreeable to this suggestion.
Accordingly, the matter may be adjourned for a short period and listed for hearing on
the first date after the vacation.

M.A. No. 1741/2022 has been filed seeking direction for exemption of personal
appearance of Shri J.L.Gautam, General Manager, BSNL, Jhansi. Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, Misc. Application No 1740/2022 is allowed and stands disposed of.

List this matter for hearing on 19.07.2022.
