AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, SON THANH NGUYEN, Vietnamese, of legal age, and with office address at 12F
Ecotower Bldg., 32nd St. cor. 9th Ave., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, state that:

1. I am the incumbent President and CEO, and the duly authorized representative of Air
Liquide Pipeline Utilities Services (ALPLUS), Inc., with business address located at
Lot 15 and 16, Block Calamba Premier Int’l. Park Special Economic Zone, Brgy.
Batino, Calamba, Laguna 4027;

2. ALPLUS is a duly registered corporation under the laws of the Philippines as

evidenced by its SEC registration number A1997-15055. Likewise, ALPLUS is a PEZA-
registered Ecozone Export Enterprise with Registration Certificate No. 99-045;

3. ALPLUS engaged the services of ASI.COM.PH INC. for the installation of CCTV and
Boom Project at the ALPLUS-CPIP plant at Lot 15 and 16, Block Calamba Premier
Int’l. Park Special Economic Zone from 22 May 2023 to 30 June 2023;

4. In relation to said project, I hereby undertake to render PEZA free and harmless from
any liability, responsibility, claims, or payment resulting from the completion of the
CCTV and Boom Project Installation, and the operations of ASI.COM.PH, including
that of their employees.

5. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for whatever
legal purpose it may serve.
