ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
COMMUNITY EXTENSION PROJECT(TREE PLANTING)
for S.Y. 2017-2018 to S.Y. 2018-2019
Purok 3 and 4, Brgy. Anibongon, Sta. Rita, Samar

Global Warming and Climate Change is already felt. It is one of the greatest problem
existing all over the world.
Aside from that, rampant number of malnourished children in the community is
evident based on the nutritional status gathered by the school in our learners.
Those are the main reason why this Community Extension Project on Tree planting
was pushed through.
With the aid of the crafted Action Plan, every activity was done smoothly.
The designated project adviser and coordinator, in the person of Maria Cicelia B.
Pacantarra, the committees of the project, teachers, school head, brgy. Chairman and other
stakeholders extended their efforts for the realization of the community extension project.
We are able to tap stakeholders such as Mr. Les Lee who donated 50 pieces of
malunggay seedlings for the tree planting activity. Other seedlings are given by the parents
and other stakeholders.
On January 12, 2019, before the said activity, opening program was held. Parents,
students and other stakeholders was present for the activity.
The operation tree planting was conducted at Purok 3 and 4, Brgy. Anibongon, Sta.
Rita, Samar.
In the end, it was concluded successful because of the untiring support extended by
the stakeholder of the school and of course with the guiding hand of the school principal and
the barangay chairman.
Truly that when everyone is for everyone’s welfare…everybody is happy.
