Preparing an inspection report of the hand tools, drawing instruments, equipment, and paraphernalia received in technical drafting is very essential.

Delivery Receipts/ Sales Invoice, and other.

2. Check the (Documents, instruments, statements) submitted as to Completeness and authenticity prior to inspection.
3. Take note of any cases of alteration (erasures, pressures, pedicure) or other modification in the perfected Purchased Order /Contract.
4. Take note of the receipt of the property/Supply Unit, the place and the (late, fate, date) of delivery.
5. If there’s a required sample mentioned in perfected PO/Contract, askfor the approved sample for purposes of comparison/(verification, deliberation, communication).
6. After all the documents have been evaluated, proceed to the (specified, qualified, dignified) in the perfected PO/ Contract and conduct inspection procedure if necessary.
7. Conduct (chemical, mathematical, physical) inspection of the items Delivered. Count the items and check with the required quantity.
8. Determine whether it is brand (new, few, view), reconditioned or rebuilt.
9. Take note for the obvious (image, damage, rampage) or defect in the Equipment.
10. Prepare the inspection report immediately after inspection submission to the supply (bouncer, slicer, officer).
