AFFIDAVIT

I, ROSARIO M. CASTRO a.k.a ROSIE M. CASTRO , of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a
resident of Brgy. 43, Cavit, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby avers the following, viz:

1. I am the lawful and absolute owner of a parcel of land particularly designated as

Lot No. 1771 containing an area of 12, 025 square meters.

2. Remarkably, a careful perusal of the pertinent documents and records show that
Lot No. 1771 is certainly located in Brgy. 17, Santa Asuncion, San Nicolas, Ilocos
Norte and is thus undisputedly covered within the territorial jurisdiction of the
Local Government Unit of San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte;

3. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the foregoing and to support my claim

that Lot No. 1771 is located in Brgy. 17, Santa Asuncion, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte,
covered by the cadastral of San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, and is thus within the
territorial jurisdiction of San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte; and

4. Finally, I am executing this affidavit for all intents and purposes it may lawfully
serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my name this 13 th day of January 2023 at
