Cone Office of the Sangguniang Bay RESOLUTION ADOPTING/APPROVING MDRRMC RESOLUTION NO. 4 SERIES OF 2023 OF THIS MUNICIPALITY, ENTITLED “RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MUNICIPAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT FOR HEALTH-NUTRITION IN EMERGENCIES PLAN 2023- 2025" WHEREAS, this Sangguniang Bayan received MDRRMC Resolution No, 4 series of 2023 of this_municipality, entitled "RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MUNICIPAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT FOR HEALTH-NUTRITION IN EMERGENCIES PLAN 2023-2025"; WHEREAS, the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management for Health-Nutrition in Emergencies Pian 2023-2025 was formulated to build a resilient health system in this municipality based on primary health care that can reduce underlying vulnerability, protect health facilities and services, and scale up the response to meet the wide-ranging health needs in disasters; WHEREAS, this Sangguniang Bayan also recognizes the need to institutionalize the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management for Health-Nutrition in Emergencies in order to achieve such purpose; WHEREAS, considering the same to be in order, this august body deems it appropriate to approve and adopt MDC Resolution No, 4, hence this resolution, NOW THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED, as itis hereby resolved by the 15" Sangguniang Bayan of San Jose, Camarines Sur, to adopt/approve MORRMC Resolution No. 4 series of 2023 of this municipality, entitled "RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MUNICIPAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT FOR HEALTH-NUTRITION IN EMERGENCIES PLAN 2023-2025", RESOLVED, FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned offices for their information, guidance and appropriate action.
