Routine What this looks like in my classroom

Students entering the Students head to the lockers to change into PE attire

Starting Class Students will walk to our area and sit on their numbers for the attendance to be taken

Students who arrive late Will be marked late unless they have a pass.

Food and drink No food or drinks allowed unless water bottles

Restroom break Restrooms after roll call or after activity

Notifying students of After roll call, announcements will be made along with objectives and goals for the day.

Collecting and returning Any assignments will be done through schoology or turned in by paper if there is an issue

Part 2: Expectations
Rule What this looks like in my classroom

Dress Out Participation Dress out for every class and participate in daily activities to receive full points for the day

Cell Phones No cell phones, phones must remain in the students backpack, student locker, or lock box in
the teachers office.

Dr Notes Dr’s notes can excuse you from activities

Proper Attire PE attire only or athletic attire of the same color is ok. Tennis/athletic shoes

Crocs/Sandals No crocs/sandals allowed, will bar you from activities due to safety concerns and lose points
for the day

Language No disrespectful use of words, punishable by loss of points or a trip to the dean's office.
Part 3: Encouraging Positive Behavior
Routine What this looks like in my classroom

Reinforcing individual Full points for the day, great work and sportsmanship extra credit points will be added.

Reinforcing the class Recite at least one rule per day as a reminder.

Violations of the rules Loss of points, possibly will be pulled out of activity to sit and watch class, worst case
scenario will be given referral, a call home/meet with the Dean of Students.

Tenis/zapatos deportivos

Crocs/Sandalias No se permiten cocodrilos ni sandalias; le prohibirán realizar actividades por motivos de

seguridad y perderán puntos por el día.

Idioma No uso irrespetuoso de palabras, sancionable con la pérdida de puntos o un viaje a la oficina del
decano.
Parte 3: Fomentar el comportamiento positivo
Regla Cómo se ve esto en mi salón de clases

Reforzar a los estudiantes Se agregarán puntos completos por el día, puntos de crédito adicionales por gran trabajo
individuales y espíritu deportivo.

Reforzando la clase Recita al menos una regla por día como recordatorio.

Violaciones de las reglas. Pérdida de puntos, posiblemente lo sacarán de la actividad para sentarse y mirar la
clase; en el peor de los casos, se le dará una derivación, una llamada a casa o una
reunión con el decano de estudiantes.
