RESOLUTION NO. 014

A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF NELLY REAL AS

BARANGAY REHABILITATION WORKER OF CADLAN, PILI, CAMARINES SUR
EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2023.

WHEREAS; with the untiring efforts service and commitment rendering duties and
responsibilities to support the Health and Nutrition programs and activities, the Punong
Barangay with the concurrence of the Sangguniang Barangay members appoint NELLY REAL.

WHEREAS; effective December 1, 2023 she will continue exercise powers and functions as
well as obligation and responsibilities as Barangay Rehabilitation Worker.

NOW THEREFORE; on motion of Hon. Kgd Randy A. Real duly seconded by Hon. Kgd. Fe
R. Bolano. and the members of the Barangay Council be it;

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to appoint NELLY REAL as BARANGAY

REHABILITATION WORKER of Cadlan, Pili, Camarines Sur effective December 1, 2023.

RESOLVED FURTHER that the copies of this resolution be forwarded to the line
agencies/offices concerned all of Pili, Camarines Sur for their information.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED this 4th day of December, 2023.
