Narrative Report on the Conduct of the October 30, 2023, Synchronized Barangay and

Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Elections by the Members of the Electoral Board

We, the Electoral Board of Barangay Sto. Niño met at six o’clock in the morning of
Election Day in the voting center (precinct number__________) of the barangay and
performed the preliminary activities of the voting.

Before the start of the voting, the Electoral Board Chairperson, ________________,
opened the ballot box, empty both compartments and showed to the public that it was
empty. Then the Electoral Board locked its interior cover with (1) one padlock and the poll
clerk retained the key to the padlock during the voting. We showed to the public and to the
watchers present, the package of ballots.

Since there was no objection to the ERs, the BBOC proceed to canvass by reading the
votes of the candidate and entering the same in the Statement of Votes (SOVs).

When all the ERs have been canvassed the Poll Clerk and Third Member compare the
entries in their respective copies of SOVs.

After the SOVs have been completed, the BBOC prepared the Certificate of Canvass
and Proclamation (CCOP) and proclaimed the winning candidates.
